What is Sketchnoting?

It is a form of visual-notetaking where a combination of words, text, and doodles are recorded. Sketchnotes can take place on paper, whiteboards, using digital apps… really any blank surface. It is a personal creation and you do not have to be an artist to sketchnote!

So come join us to learn not only how to make your own sketchnotes, but more importantly, how to help your students begin sketchnoting. Come learn and practice the basics that will help EVERYONE begin sketchnoting – even if you claim you can’t draw.

We will be covering how to draw:

  • people
  • faces
  • icons
  • fonts
  • banners
